![]() The valet supervisor.Danny was apologetic and accommodating, he contacted a Lock Smith. They told us that the Valet service was independent, but it is NOT mentioned on the website. The front desk showed no concern.basically useless. Ten minutes later we are downstairs waiting on our vehicle.20 minutes later, still waiting.40 minutes later.still no vehicle!!! Apparently one of the valet attendants lost the keys to the car. ![]() Finally, on Saturday afternoon, we call the front desk to have our vehicle brought to the front.we had plans to go out for the evening. I was given the 8th floor, the hotel has 17 floors! At this point the hotel was no were near capacity. Number two.we checked in on 10/13, and I always request a high floor (this is in my Marriott profile). ![]() The reason for the overall rating is for one this hotel seriously lacks customer service, their people skills are seriously something that management should be concerned with. The room was nice and clean, nothing over the top.
